Board

Dairy NSW Ltd is a company limited by guarantee and is run by a Board of Directors of between 3 and 12 people. The Board is made up of people representing regional dairying areas (must be farmers), the NSW Farmers’ Association Dairy Section, Industry & Investment NSW and other dairy companies that are members of Dairy NSW.

The Board typically meets bi-monthly with the key role to chart (and monitor the implementation of) the direction, policies, strategies and financial objectives of Dairy NSW in creating and continuing to build sustainable value for the dairy industry. It must ensure that this happens in accordance with the Dairy NSW constitution and the law.
