Projects
Every year Dairy NSW invests in, partners, supports and manages a wide range of projects which are linked to regional farmer needs and aligned to industry priorities. Dairy NSW works in consultation and collaborates with its Regional Dairy Groups (RDGs) as well as funding providers to ensure projects are delivered for the benefit of dairy farmers in the Dairy NSW region as well as dairy farmers further afield.
Funding for projects (both cash and in-kind) comes from a variety sources including the Dairy Service Levy, State, Commonwealth and local Government agencies, non-government organisations such as Landcare Australia Limited, milk processors and NSW Farmers’ Association, as well as other Dairy Australia Regional Development Programs and dairy farmers themselves.
