Mid Coast Dairy Advancement Group

Role/Purpose

The Mid Coast Dairy Advancement Groups (DAGs) is a group of committed farmers supported by Dairy NSW, Industry & Investment NSW, CMA, Mid Coast Water, Rural Financial Counselling Service, Department of Education, local councils and agribusiness. Together DAG's are promoting a sustainable environmentally friendly dairy future for the region. DAG's organises workshops and events to meet the needs of the local dairy farmers.
 

Geographic Area

Local Government Areas - Gloucester, Great Lakes, Greater Taree City Council, Hastings/Port Macquarie & Kempsey - major towns include Gloucester, Wingham, Taree, Comboyne Wauchope & Kempsey.

Discover Hastings Valley Dairies 7th & 14th November 2010.
Visit to AMS Dairy Camden 26 members attending on the 17th & 18th March 2011.
